Do I need to create an account?
While you can feel free to browse Browze great deals before you’ve joined, having an account already set up makes the purchasing process quick and easy – so you’ll never miss out on a product you want. An account also gives you complete access to your order info, shipping details, credits and Daily Deal emails – plus special events and promotions we’ve created for our members!
What is the List Price?
The List Price is the value found by Browze that the identical or a comparable product would sell for by other retailers. The List Price generally represents the prevailing price at retail, but doesn’t indicate the lowest price available anywhere.
How long will it take to receive a shipment?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your product to ship from the date of purchase but most of the time we will have it shipped out a lot before then. A tracking number will be updated in your account under My Purchases section when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Delivery time varies between 3 to 10 business days.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order on Browze. You may return all products within 30 days of delivery. You can initiate a return by emailing us at [email protected] Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will either reship a new one, apply a credit or a refund to you. We do our best to respond to all requests within 72 hours upon receiving.  At this time, Browze does not refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Browze. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the return process.
How can I check my order status?
You can log in to your Browze account and check your order history, where you can easily verify if your order went through. If it’s not there, the order did not transmit to us. Once we ship your product we send you an email with a tracking number.
Do you ship outside North America?
Yes we do:). We now ship to around 10 countries and we are constantly adding new countries every few weeks. The full list of ciuntries you can see during checkout when you choose the destination shipping address.
