My experience was great. I got several updates on the arrival of my product and when product arrived they were individually boxed which was great as I was giving them as gifts. The actual spoon was beautiful. I do have one recommendation though the engraving could have of been a bit darker.

Not too long for coffee or too short for chilled drinks. My friend and I have a loving argument over who loves whom more. I think, when I gifted her this spoon, I won. The end. ❤️. And the sellers were wonderful when my item didn’t arrived. They replaced it immediately. Or, they would have refunded if I preferred.
