Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to love everything you order! If you aren’t completely satisfied with something you’ve ordered, you can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, navigate to our Contact Us page. Submit your refund request and our Support team will guide you through our refund process.

Refunds will show on your statement within five days.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is simple: you can cancel any order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can only cancel an order that is not yet in transit. You will receive a full refund for canceled orders.

If it has been more than 24 hours and your order is already in transit, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund once it is delivered.
